At Camp Evergreen I worked first as an intern and later as a counselor, responsible for groups of campers from early childhood through pre-teen. I helped coordinate large-group activities and supported daily operations across multiple cabins, often with more than twenty campers at a time. Not a technical role. A good one for learning to communicate clearly and stay accountable when things move fast.
